Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personal care or health items (e.g. opened cosmetics, perfumes used or unsealed)

  • Perishable items (e.g. flowers, food, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds May Be Granted

  • Books or products with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@viptopix.com and send the product to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total.

  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
